For most homes we recommend exterior windows three times a year (spring, summer, and fall), interior windows twice a year, and screens and tracks at least once a year. Homes near busy roads, construction, farmland, big trees, or the water collect grime faster and may need more frequent visits.

Usually, yes. Light rain doesn't ruin a clean. Most of the spotting people blame on rain is actually dirt and pollen that was already sitting on the glass. Pure-water rinsed glass stays clearer between visits. We reschedule for heavy wind, lightning, or storms.

For exterior-only cleaning you usually don't need to be home, as long as gates are unlocked and pets are inside. For interior cleaning, an adult needs to let us in.

We clean homes and low-rise commercial buildings up to three stories. Water-fed poles let us reach most upper-story glass from the ground.

Yes. We clean storefronts, offices, and low-rise commercial buildings up to three stories, one time or on a recurring schedule.

A recurring window care membership: an initial deep clean, a protective nano-coating on your exterior glass, complimentary screen rejuvenation, and return visits every 3 or 6 months to clean and maintain the coating, for a low monthly cost.

A one-time cleaning looks great until the next rain, pollen season, or sprinkler cycle. The Protective Plan adds a coating that helps glass stay cleaner and schedules maintenance automatically, so you never have to remember to book, and per-visit pricing is lower than one-time service.

It's a protective treatment for exterior glass that works much like Rain-X on a car windshield: water beads and sheets off, and dirt and minerals have a harder time bonding to the glass between visits.

Every 3 months on the quarterly plan, or every 6 months on the semi-annual plan. We'll recommend the right cadence for your home when we quote.

At least once a year. Late spring is ideal in Western Washington, after the heaviest tree-pollen season. Homes near trees, fields, or busy roads may want screens cleaned with every window cleaning.

Yes. We can replace torn mesh and spline. Our Protective Plan also includes a complimentary screen rejuvenation treatment for screens that look grey or sun-faded.

In the Pacific Northwest, warm indoor air meets cold glass all winter, and condensation runs down into the tracks. Combined with dust and organic debris, that moisture is a perfect home for mildew. Cleaning tracks regularly and keeping weep holes clear helps a lot.

Most mineral deposits can be removed. If minerals have been etching the glass for years, restoration can dramatically improve it but may not make it perfect. That's why we start with a test area and show you the result before doing the whole job.

Usually iron in the water, most often from sprinklers running on well water. Iron stains need a different treatment than typical white calcium spots, so tell us what you're seeing when you request a quote.

Once or twice a year works for most homes: late spring after pollen season, and late summer or early fall before the short, dim winter days. Panels under trees, near farms, or by busy roads may need more frequent cleaning.

No. We use purified, deionized water and soft brushes. Soap can leave residue that attracts dirt, and high pressure isn't something you want near panel seals.

At least once a year for most homes, usually in late fall after the leaves drop. Homes under fir, cedar, or maple trees often need a second cleaning in spring or early summer, because needles and moss keep coming down year-round.

Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to clean hard surfaces like concrete and pavers. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution for surfaces high pressure can damage, like siding. We use whichever is right for each surface.

No. Seasonal installs are a yearly lease: we supply professional lights, hang them, and take them down after the season, so there's nothing to buy or store. If you want lights that stay up year-round, ask about permanent lighting, which you own.
