What is pure-water window cleaning?
Pure-water cleaning runs tap water through filters and deionization resin until almost all dissolved minerals are gone. We scrub the glass with a soft brush on a water-fed pole, then rinse with that purified water. With no minerals or soap left behind, the glass dries clear and spot-free.
The poles also let us clean second- and third-story glass safely from the ground, often without ladders, which is gentler on landscaping and faster for you.

How often should I get my windows cleaned in Western Washington?
For most homes we recommend exterior windows three times a year (spring, summer, and fall), interior windows twice a year, and screens and tracks at least once a year. Homes near busy roads, construction, farmland, big trees, or the water collect grime faster and may need more frequent visits.
Can you clean windows when it's raining?
Usually, yes. Light rain doesn't ruin a clean. Most of the spotting people blame on rain is actually dirt and pollen that was already sitting on the glass. Pure-water rinsed glass stays clearer between visits. We reschedule for heavy wind, lightning, or storms.
Do I need to be home for my window cleaning?
For exterior-only cleaning you usually don't need to be home, as long as gates are unlocked and pets are inside. For interior cleaning, an adult needs to let us in.
How high can you clean?
We clean homes and low-rise commercial buildings up to three stories. Water-fed poles let us reach most upper-story glass from the ground.
